RIZOBACTER ARGENTINA S.A. ("Rizobacter"), a leader in agricultural microbiology, carried out the issuance of Notes Series V for a total amount of USD 26,012,974. under its Global Note Program for the issuance of notes for a nominal value of up to US $80,000,000.
Rizobacter was advised by Nicholson y Cano Abogados, while the placement agents Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Santander Rio SA (which also acted as organizers), Cohen S.A, Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A., AR Partners S.A. and Banco Mariva S.A. were advised by Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen.
The Notes were issued on March 5th, 2021 in two classes: (i) Class A for an amount of U$S 5,225,851, denominated in U.S. dollars, to be integrated in Pesos, and payable in Pesos, at a fixed interest rate of 0.98%, maturing on March 5, 2022; and (ii) Class B for an amount of US$ 20,787,123, denominated in U.S. dollars, to be integrated in Pesos, and payable in Pesos, at a fixed interest rate of 5.5% and maturing on March 5, 2024.
