On April 27, 2023, Tarjeta Naranja S.A.U. ("Tarjeta Naranja") issued class LVIII Notes simple, non-convertible into shares, unguaranteed, for a total nominal amount of AR$12.214.677.693 (the “Class LVIII Notes”).
The Class LVIII Notes, maturing on April 27, 2024, will accrue interest at a floating rate, equivalent to the private Badlar rate plus a cut-off margin of 5%, and will amortize its principal in one payment on its maturing date.
The Class LVIII Notes have been locally rated “A1(arg)” by FIX SCR S.A. on April 21. In addition, they were admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
In the issuance of the Class LVIII Notes, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. acted as organizer and placement agent, while Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Patagonia S.A., Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. acted as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”).
