Our Intellectual Property practice group offers a full range of services in order to establish, maintain and protect our clients’ intellectual property rights, covering matters such as unfair competition, internet law and privacy law.

Thus, the advice on intellectual property issues includes the prosecution, defense and litigation regarding trademark rights, copyrights, contractual issues derived from intellectual property rights, drafting intellectual property manuals,; unconventional trademark registration,; training of client personnel in intellectual property matters and advice to start-ups. Our team also supports the prosecution, maintenance, surveillance and enforcement of the health record and other regulatory matters.

We represent clients in matters related to the registration of trademarks, patents and copyrights and in the management and execution of national and regional intellectual property portfolios through the filing, processing and application for patents and trademarks on a global basis.

For such purposes, our attorneys are experienced in litigation, and are assisted by engineers and other professionals.
