Cristina Di Benedetto focuses her activity on Tax Law. She has experience in dealing with tax and hydrocarbons royalty claims and litigation cases before the Argentine Supreme Court, the Tax Court, federal and local courts, and before administrative entities and provincial courts.
Education
Cristina Di Benedetto received her Master in Tax Law degree from the Austral University in 2004. She graduated as a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University in 2000. She also attended Postgraduate Courses in Contract Law at the Catholic University of Argentina and Austral University (2001 and 2002 respectively).
Academic & Professional Experience
Cristina Di Benedetto joined PAGBAM in May, 2006. Prior to joining PAGBAM, she was associate with Beccar Varela (2004-2006), D`hers (2002-2004), and Paralegal at Marval, O´Farrell y Mairal (2001).
She is a Professor of Tax-free Corporate Reorganisations at the Argentine Catholic University, School of Law (since 2007); and has been Professor of Contract Law at the Argentine Catholic University, School of Law (2001-2008) and of Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires, School of Economics (2000-2004).
