Cristóbal Jiménez is a lawyer specializing in litigation and arbitration, on civil and commercial matters, both domestic and international, with 10 years' experience in disputes relating to construction, real estate, energy, shareholders' conflicts, boundary issues, reorganizations and liquidations, as well as in administrative law litigation. He has been involved in cases under CAM Santiago Rules, ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and eDiscovery proceedings before the High Court of London.

Education

Mr. Jiménez graduated from Universidad de los Andes Faculty of Laws, with highest distinction (2013). He is admitted to practice in Chile by the Supreme Court since 2014.

He studied a Diploma in Administrative Law Litigation at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2017), where he was awarded the best student. Furthermore, he holds an LL.M in Litigation and Dispute Resolution at University College London (2022).

Academic & Professional Experience

Cristóbal joined our law firm in 2023. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Prieto Abogados in the litigation and arbitration team (2014-2021) and at the boutique law firm Humphries Kerstetter LLP (2022-2023). He was Roman Law Assistant Professor (2009-2013).
