P. Eugenio Aramburu has been a partner in Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen since 2007. He is a corporate lawyer and his professional practice is focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, corporate law, project finance, corporate finance and acquisition finance
He has an extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint-ventures, structuring private equity investments, leverage buyouts, acquisition financings, corporate governance and advising major international companies, private equity and investment funds.
He regularly advises clients in business law matters including, setting-up companies, branches or special purpose vehicles, drafting and negotiating different types of agreements (e.g. shareholders, voting trusts, licensing, distribution, franchise, agency agreements, pledge, mortgage and other security arrangements, among others).
Education
He received his Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Columbia Law School in 1997.
He graduated from the Argentine Catholic University in 1996.

Mr. Aramburu was a foreign associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP (New York, USA) from September 1997 to October 1998. He was also associated to Cuatrecasas (Madrid, Spain) from 2002-2003 as a member of the Latin American Desk assisting major European companies investing in Argentina.
He also authored articles on corporate and business law regarding project finance matters, tortious interference in contractual matters, and corporate law.
