Expertise
Lucila Guerrero works on general Commercial Law, and specializes on aeronautical and insurance matters.
In aeronautical matters, she advises local and international airlines, in regulatory and contractual matters, designs and implements legal defenses against passenger claims or administrative proceedings initiated by State agencies, such as the National Civil Aviation Administration or the National Directorate of Migration.
Regarding insurance matters, Lucila provides advice to insurance companies, brokers and underwriting agents on commercial and regulatory aspects of their insurance business. Additionally, she advises other industries on regulatory matters, contracts with insurance companies, loss analysis and claims, and insurance-related due diligence processes.
Education
She graduated, with honors, as a lawyer at the Argentine Catholic University in 2008. In 2007, she received the Academic Excellence Award awarded by the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.
Additionally, she attended the Postgraduate Interdisciplinary Program on Aeronautical Law at the Argentine Catholic University (2016) and other aeronautical and insurance seminars:

Academic & Professional Experience
Lucila Guerrero joined the Firm in 2006 as a paralegal. After graduating with honors in 2008, she was promoted to an associate position in PAGBAM, continuing her work within the Corporate Law department, specializing in advising airlines, insurance companies, brokers, and underwriting agents since that date.
Lucila Guerrero was promoted to Partner in February 2024, leading the firm's Insurance Law and Aviation Law departments.
