PAGBAM assisted Dow in the purchase of Pacheco Trade Center II, a premium logistics multi-tenant warehouse in Argentina.

The acquisition closed on November 9th.

Pacheco Trade Center II is a Class A multitenant warehouse located on 7 acres with fully rented warehouse space of 190,000 square feet located in Buenos Aires North Corridor, a prime logistics area (tenants are 3 high quality credit worthy companies who have been tenants for several years).
