Ángel Estrada y Compañía S.A. (AESA), a leading Argentine manufacturer of school and office stationery products, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of Series 11 Notes for an aggregate amount of ARS$ 767,446,001 (the Series 11 Notes) and Series 12 Notes for an aggregate amount of ARS$ 80,041,001 (the Series 12 Notes).
AESA was advised by Marval O’Farrell Mairal; while Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., which acted as arranger and placement agent (the Arranger) and Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Cohen S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A., Nuevo Chaco Bursátil S.A., Facimex Valores S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A and Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., which acted as placement agents (together with the Arranger, the Placement Agents), were advised by Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen.
The Notes were issued on December 16, 2022, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes Program for up to USD$ 30,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or unit value) (the Program).
Series 11 Notes, denominated and payable in Pesos, bear a variable interest rate corresponding to the sum of the ‘Badlar Privada’ Rate and a 4.49 % Cut-off Margin. The Notes will mature on December 16, 2023.
Series 11 Notes, denominated and payable in Pesos, bear a variable interest rate corresponding to the sum of the ‘Badlar Privada’ Rate and a 7 % Cut-off Margin. The Notes will mature on December 16, 2027.
