Zang, Bergel & Viñes Abogados has advised Cresud Sociedad Anónima Comercial, Inmobiliaria, Financiera y Agropecuaria (the “Company”) regarding the issuance of Notes Series 26 (the “Series No. XXVI Notes”), Notes Series 27 (the “Series No. XXVII Notes”), and Notes Series 28 (the “Series No. XXVIII Notes”, and together with the Series No. XXVI Notes and the Series No. XXVII Notes, the “Notes”), issued under its Global Note Program for up to the sum of US$500,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
On January 30, 2020, the Company successfully completed the placement of the Series No. XXVI Notes for a total amount of Ps.1.095.163.208, which were issued at a par price, will bear an annual interest rate of the Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada) plus 6.50%, payable on a quarterly basis, and will mature on January 30, 2021, the Series No. XXVII Notes for a total amount of US$5.746.525, which were issued at a par price, will bear an annual interest rate of 7.45%, payable on a quarterly basis, and will mature on July 30, 2021, and the Series No. XXVIII Notes for a total amount of US$27.461.947, which were issued at a par price, will bear an annual interest rate of 9.00%, payable on a quarterly basis, and will mature on April 30, 2021,
The offering was directed to the domestic market and the Notes are listed and admitted for trading in the Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
