Dow Chemical buys Buenos Aires office tower

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (PAGBAM) represented Dow Chemical in the acquisition of the Bouchard Tower Office Building from IRSA Propiedades Comerciales S.A. (IRSA) in the City of Buenos Aires, including related financing. Closing occurred on July 30, 2020.

On August 25 Dow acquired from IRSA 5 floors of office space in another Buenos Aires landmark building, the Boston Tower, designed by world-famous Architect Cesar Pelli. 

The buyer was advised by Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen, through partners Francisco J. Romano and Guillermo Quiñoa, and associate Cristian Chang.
