ICBC Argentina loan to Phoenix Global Resources S.A.

Pérez Alati Grondona Benites & Arntsen ("PAGBAM") advised Phoenix Global Resources S.A. ("PGR"), an energy company focused on oil and gas exploration and production, controlled by Mercuria Energy Trading. The US$30,000,000 export pre-financing loan at a fixed rate, maturing in September 2028, was granted by the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. ("ICBC Argentina").

The loan was disbursed on June 2, 2026.
