Ledesma S.A.A.I., an Argentinean agro-industrial company, carried out the Issuance of Negotiable bonds for a total nominal value of AR$3,000,000,000, within the framework of its global program for the issuance of simple negotiable bonds for a nominal value of up to US$ 150,000,000. The proceeds will be employed to working capital and to the refinancing of short-term debt bonds.
The tender of the negotiable bonds was oversubscribed, receiving offers that reached the amount of AR$ 4,004,800,000..
The bonds were issued on July 27, 2021 and are denominated and payable in Argentine pesos, with a variable interest rate ; maturing on May 27, 2022.
