Issuance of negotiable securities under SME CNV Guaranteed Class I Shorton S.R.L.

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Shorton S.R.L as issuer, and AdCap Securities Argentina S.A.and Allaria Ledesma & Cía. S.A. in its role of placement agents in the issuance of negotiable securities under SME CNV Guaranteed for $100,000,000 (approx U$S 170,000).

On November 3, 2021, Shorton S.R.L. successfully closed the offer and issued the Series Nº I Notes under the Guaranteed SME CNV for a total amount of ARS 100,000,000 which will bear an annual interest rate of the Private Badlar Rate plus an applicable margin of 6.99% (interest and capital), payable on a quarterly basis, and maturing on November 3, 2023.

Shorton S.R.L. is an Argentinian company founded in 1999, who have devoted to the production of natural bovine, ovine and porcine guts. At present, the company is one of the leaders in the production of natural guts with presence both in Local and International markets.
