The Notes were issued on September 12, 2023.
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Macro S.A. as Guarantee Entities authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission (“CNV”).
Compañía Inversora Industrial S.A. is an Argentine company, whose main activity is the production of refined sugar, supplying the most important food, beverages and candy industries; as well as alcohol (suitable for consumption and for biofuel production) power generation through steam generation.
