Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Lilac Solutions S.A.U. in the Integral Project Contest N°2 /21 called by REMSa S.A., in the Province of Salta (the "Contest").
The Contest consisted in the submission of a mining project for the study, prospecting and exploration to be carried out in the exclusive zones of special interest in the area located in the Salar de Arizaro, Province of Salta.
Lilac Solutions S.A.U. submitted its bid, and on October 27, 2021 was awarded the tender, as its bid was selected as the most convenient.
