RIZOBACTER ARGENTINA S.A. ("Rizobacter"), a leader in agricultural microbiology, carried out the issuance of Notes Series IV for a total amount of USD 17,000,000.

The Notes were issued on August 18, 2020 for U$S 17 million, denominated in U.S. dollars, to be integrated in Pesos, and payable in Pesos, at a fixed interest rate of 0.00%, maturing on August 18, 2023.
