Banco Comafi S.A. acted as Trustor, Administrator, Co-Organizer, Co-Placement Agent, Custody Agent, and Collecting Agent; TMF Trust Company (Argentina) S.A. acted as Trustee; Comafi Bursátil S.A. acted as Co-Placement Agent, and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. acted as Co-Organizer and Co-Placement Agent. The programme consists of credits on leasing agreements, originated by the Trustor in argentine pesos, and arising from financing transactions on movable goods.
Public offering of the securities was authorized by the National Securities Commission (CNV) on February 14, 2020. Fix S.C.R. S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo rated debt securities Class A “AAAsf(arg)”, debt securities Class B “BBB+sf(arg)”, and Participation Certificates “Bsf(arg)”.
