PAGBAM advised Grupo Gaman in the incorporation of EHS Latam

As part of its expansion plan, Grupo Gaman acquired 60% of EHS.

PAGBAM advised Grupo Gaman in this process through its partner P. Eugenio Aramburu, its counsel Pedro Menendez San Martin and its associate Azul Juarez Pereyra.

Grupo Gaman acquires 60% of the shares of EHS, a company with 15 years of experience, leader in safety and hygiene with presence and services throughout Argentina. EHS is dedicated to occupational accident prevention, environmental preservation and quality management.
