Sixthteen issuance under the Trust Securities Programme “Más Cuotas II”

Argentina’s Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen has acted as deal counsel in the sixthteen issuance under the trust securities programme “Más Cuotas II” worth US$250 million on which Cencosud S.A. acted as Trustor and TMF Trust Company (Argentina) acted as Trustee and issuer of the deal.

Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U and SBS Trading S.A. were the placement agents in the transaction, which closed on June 30th. Cencosud issued the debt securities in three classes worth a total of ARS $928.711.753 (U$S 9,400,868.03).

The trust programme Más Cuotas II consists of credit cards receivables issued by Cencosud, who operates several shopping centers and supermarkets in Argentina.
