PAGBAM advised Volsmart on the issuance of the Real Estate Financial Trust “Espacio Añelo”, within the Special Regime for Collective Investment Products for Real Estate Development. (Volsmart), CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana S.A. in its capacity as Trustee, Arg Capital S.A. in its capacity as Organizer, DMA Broker S.A. in its capacity as Placement Agent, Lucas Matías Salvatore and Diego Martín Salvatore in their capacity as Trustors, and Idero S.R.L. in its capacity as Sales Agent, in the issuance of Trust Securities represented by Participation Certificates, by the Real Estate Financial Trust “Espacio Añelo” (the “Trust”), for a total amount of USD 4,961,000 (Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty-One Thousand US Dollars).
This issuance constitutes the first authorization by the CNV to a Financial Trust whose objective is the investment in a real estate development located in the Vaca Muerta region. In this regard, the proceeds from the placement of the Participation Certificates will be allocated to the acquisition of 20 functional units located in the Espacio Añelo Complex, in the town of Añelo, Province of Neuquén. These units are leased to companies involved in the hydrocarbon exploitation of the region, for the use of their workers. Under the present scheme, the Trust will collect the rental fee corresponding to the aforementioned 20 functional units, which will be distributed monthly among the Beneficiaries of the Trust.
The Prospectus of the public offering of the Trust's Participation Certificates was published on April 27, 2026; while the issuance of the fiduciary securities was on May 28, 2026.
