PAGBAM advises Havas Group on the acquisition of a majority interest in Don agency

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Havas Group on the majority acquisition of the Argentine companies of the Don agency comprising Aura Advertising S.A., PHP S.A. and Contenido Latente S.A.S. The transaction also involved the majority acquisition of the Mexican company Algodón Studio S.A. de C.V. The acquisition in Mexico was advised by Cuatrecasas (Mexico).

The Don agency companies operate as creative marketing services agencies in Argentina, Mexico, United States, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay.
