PAGBAM advised the Argentina Creditor Committee (ACC) on the successful restructuring of bonds issued under foreign law by the Republic of Argentina

The Republic of Argentina announced that it had successfully concluded the process of restructuring its debt issued under foreign law for a total amount of approximately US$ 66 billion. As announced, the required consents have been obtained to restructure approximately 99% of the total outstanding principal amount of all series of eligible bonds.

Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Artnsen (PAGBAM) has advised the Argentina Creditor Committee (ACC) on matters related to Argentine law, through a team formed by partner Diego Serrano Redonnet and associate Nicolás Aberastury.

The Clifford Chance team that advised ACC on matters related to United States and United Kingdom laws was co-led by partner Deborah Zandstra in London and partners Hugo Triaca and Jon Zonis in New York. The team also included Andrew Yianni, Phoebe Bower and Grace Cameron.
