PAGBAM congratulates Getnet for its launching in Argentina

The firm Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (“PAGBAM”) congratulates Santander Merchant Platform Solutions S.A. (“Getnet”), Santander's open collection and services platform, for its launch in the country with the aim of offering merchants, entrepreneurs and professionals an alternative to charge with credit, debit and prepaid cards in person and / or remotely.

PAGBAM has collaborated with Getnet and its shareholders’ teams since the beginning of the process, giving advice in the constitution of Getnet and in related legal aspects.

Getnet and Banco Santander Argentina legal team involved was led by Celeste Ibañez and Federico Giovini.

PAGBAM advised Getnet and its shareholders through a team led by it Partner Diego Serrano Redonnet and integrated, among others, by Associates Estefanía Paula Balduzzi, Danilo Parodi Logioco, Nicolás Aberastury, Marina Basavilbaso Facundo Fernández Santos (in tax matters) and Fernanda Laura García.
