Sale of SES S.A.: advice to TGLT S.A. and the Pelizzatti Family

Peréz Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (“PAGBAM”) advised TGLT S.A. and the Pelizzatii Family, shareholders of SES S.A. (“SES”), through two separate teams, in the sale of 100% of the share capital of SES.

SES is an Argentine company dedicated to architectural and engineering works and comprehensive maintenance services.

The transaction was closed on July 6, 2021, signing a share purchase agreement for the entire SES capital stock.
