On September 23, 2026, Riboldi S.A. (“Riboldi”) issued its series I notes, simple, non-convertible into shares, guaranteed, denominated in US Dollars, at a fixed interest rate, under the Automatic Authorization Public Offering Regime for Low Impact (the “Notes”).
The Notes were issued for a nominal value of US$ 1,500,000, at a fixed interest rate of 6.40% per annum, amortized in four installments, with maturity on March 23, 2029.
The Notes are fully guaranteed by Banco Supervielle S.A., covering 66.67%, and Banco CMF S.A., covering 33.33%. In addition, the Notes have been admitted for trading on A3 Mercados S.A. and for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. on the special panel for notes issued under the automatic authorization regime for low impact.
Banco Supervielle S.A. and Banco CMF S.A. acted as arrangers and placement agents for the issuance.
