On April 25, 2023, FyO successfully completed the placement and issuance of the Notes for an aggregate amount of USD 20,000.000, which will bear a fixed interest rate of 0,00%, at an issuance price of 100% of face value, and will mature on April 25, 2026. The Notes are denominated in USD, were subscribed in ARS and/or in kind through the delivery of Series No I Notes issued by FYO, and principal and interest of the Notes will be payable in ARS.
The offer was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and for negotiation in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

("FyO" or the "Company") in the issuance of Series No III (the “Notes”) transaction, under its Global Notes Program (not convertible into shares) for up to USD 20,000.000 (US Dollars twenty million) (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
