On January 31, 2023, IRSA successfully completed the placement and issuance of the Series No. XV for an aggregate of USD $61.748.700, which will bear a fixed interest rate of 8,00%, at an issuance price of 100% of face value, and will mature on March 25, 2025; and the placement and issuance of the Series No XVI for an aggregate of USD $28.251.300, which will bear a fixed interest rate of 7,00%, at an issuance price of 100% of face value, and will mature on July 25, 2025.
The offers werte directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and for negotiation in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
