Perez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen (“PAGBAM”) advises on the granting of a syndicated loan granted by Banco Santander Río S.A. (“Santander Argentina”) (who also acted as deal manager and administrative agent), Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Banco de Corrientes S.A., Banco Provincia del Neuquén S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Banco Municipal de Rosario, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco de La Pampa S.E.M., Banco CMF S.A. and Nuevo Banco del Chaco S.A. (together, the “Banks”) to YPF S.A. (“YPF”). The loan was granted in two tranches, one tranche was granted in Argentine Pesos for an aggregate amount of AR$ 4,800,000,000, while the other tranche was granted in US Dollars for an aggregate amount of US$ 28,500,000.
PAGBAM assisted the Banks and Santander Argentina (as deal manager and administrative agent) through partner Diego Serrano Redonnet, counselor Danilo Parodi Logioco and associates Nicolás Aberastury, Adriana Tucci and Guido Olaf Meirovich.
