The Fiat-Peugeot merger is recognized as “Matter of the Year 2021” by Global Competition Review

PAGBAM advised Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. on its merger with Peugeot S.A. into Stellantis N.V., the fourth largest automotive group in the world.

PAGBAM Antitrust team has advised Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. on the filing obligation and is currently conducting the notification process in Argentina.

The Fiat-Peugeot merger has now been recognized by Global Competition Review as “Matter of the Year 2021”.
