(“Volsmart”) in its capacity as a Virtual Asset Service Provider, registered owner, and entity specializing in distributed ledger technology; CFA Compañía Fiduciaria Americana S.A., in its capacity as Trustee, Issuer, Real Estate Administrator, and Control and Audit Agent; ARG Capital S.A., in its capacity as Organizer; and Idero S.R.L., in its capacity as Marketer, in obtaining authorization for the digital representation of the Participation Certificates (CPs) issued by the “Espacio Añelo” Real Estate Financial Trust (the “Trust”), pursuant to Resolution RESFC-2026-23599-APN-DIR#CNV, dated July 22, 2026, issued by the Board of Directors of the National Securities Commission (“CNV”), and the Sandbox Regime established by Title XXII of the CNV Regulations.
The Trust owns 20 functional units located in Building 2 of the Espacio Añelo Complex, in the town of Añelo, Neuquén Province, the operational heart of Vaca Muerta. These units are leased to companies associated with the oil industry for use by their employees.
The document regarding the issuance of digital representations was published on the CNV’s Financial Information Highway on July 31, 2026. The date on which investors in the Trust may request digital representations of the CPs they hold will be announced in due course, but in no event may it be earlier than August 18, 2026.
