Derechos de importación antidumping en guardas, listeles y plaquitas de cerámica o mármol, provenientes de China

El 4 de enero de 2021 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución Nº 770/2020 del Ministerio de Desarrollo Productivo por medio de la cual se dispuso el cierre de la investigación por expiración del plazo de vigencia de la medida antidumping dispuesta por la Resolución Nº 309/2014 sobre operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de guardas y listeles de cerámica (esmaltada o sin esmaltar), excepto de porcelana, para revestimiento; guardas y listeles de mármol, travertino o vidrio para revestimiento; plaquitas de vidrio, para mosaicos o decoraciones similares, incluso con soporte; plaquitas, incluso de forma distinta a la cuadrada o rectangular, en los que la superficie mayor pueda inscribirse en un cuadrado de lado inferior a siete centímetros, incluso con soporte, ya sean de cerámica (esmaltada o sin esmaltar) o de mármol o travertino, para mosaicos o decoraciones similares, originarias todas ellas de la República Popular China, y clasificadas en las posiciones arancelarias de la Nomenclatura Común del MERCOSUR (N.C.M.) 6802.10.00, 6802.91.00, 6907.10.00, 6907.90.00, 6908.10.00, 6908.90.00, 7016.10.00 y 7016.90.00. 

Asimismo, se aplicó un derecho de importación antidumping específico de U$S 11,42 por metro cuadrado de este producto proveniente de la República Popular China.

Quedaron exceptuados de dicho derecho antidumping las guardas y listeles de cerámica (esmaltada o sin esmaltar), excepto de porcelana, para revestimiento; guardas y listeles de mármol o travertino para revestimiento; plaquitas, incluso de forma distinta a la cuadrada o rectangular, en los que la superficie mayor pueda inscribirse en un cuadrado de lado inferior a SIETE CENTÍMETROS (7 cm), incluso con soporte, ya sean de cerámica (esmaltada o sin esmaltar) o de mármol o travertino, para mosaicos o decoraciones similares.
La presente medida comenzó a regir a partir de su publicación en el Boletín Oficial, por un plazo de 5 años.

Antidumping import duties on ceramic or marble guards, listels and inserts from China

On January 4, 2021, Resolution No. 770/2020 of the Ministry of Productive Development was published in the Official Gazette. It closed the investigation initiated upon the expiry of the term of the antidumping measure established by Resolution No. 309/2014 on export operations to the Argentine Republic of ceramic guards and listels (enameled or unglazed), except porcelain, for coating; marble, travertine or glass endings and listels for cladding; glass plates, for mosaics or similar decorations, even with support; plates, even of a shape other than square or rectangular, in which the largest surface can be inscribed in a square with a side less than seven centimeters, even with a support, whether made of ceramic (enameled or unglazed) or marble or travertine, for mosaics or similar decorations, all originating in the People's Republic of China, and classified under the tariff number of the MERCOSUR Common Nomenclature (NCM) 6802.10.00, 6802.91.00, 6907.10.00, 6907.90.00, 6908.10.00, 6908.90.00, 7016.10.00 and 7016.90.00.

Said Resolution imposed a specific antidumping import duty of US$ 11.42 per square meter of this product from the People's Republic of China.

Ceramics (enameled or unglazed), except porcelain, for cladding; marble or travertine endings and listels for cladding; inserts, even of a shape other than square or rectangular, in which the largest surface can be inscribed in a square with a side smaller than seven centimeters (7 cm), even with support, whether made of ceramic (enameled or unglazed) or marble or travertine, for mosaics or similar decorations, are exempted.

The antidumping duties abovementioned will enter into force on January 4, 2021, and will remain in force for a period of five years.
