Electric space and soil heating appliances from China

On November 4, 2022, Resolution No. 787/2022 of the Ministry of Economy (the “Resolution 787”) was published in the Official Gazette. Section 2 of Resolution 787 states that the ad valorem antidumping import duties set forth by Resolution 593 will remain in force, pending the result of the investigation. That means exporters must apply a duty of 378% over the FOB export values of these goods coming from China.
