Aparatos de funciones múltiples para procesar alimentos provenientes de China

El 5 de junio de 2023 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución N° 712/2023 del Ministerio de Economía (la “Resolución”), por medio de la cual se declaró procedente la apertura del examen por expiración del plazo de las medidas antidumping dispuestas por la Resolución N° 239/2018 del ex Ministerio de Producción a operaciones de exportación hacia la República Argentina de aparatos de funciones múltiples, provistos de accesorios intercambiables, para procesar alimentos, de uso manual; batidoras de uso manual, incluso presentadas con accesorios y licuadoras, originarias de la República Popular de China, mercadería que clasifica bajo las posiciones arancelarias de la Nomenclatura Común del MERCOSUR (N.C.M.) 8509.40.50, 8509.40.20 y 8509.40.10.

Asimismo, el artículo 2 de la Resolución dispuso mantener vigentes los derechos de importación antidumping definitivos fijados por la Resolución N° 239/2018, hasta tanto se concluya el procedimiento de revisión iniciado.

Las partes interesadas que acrediten su condición de tales podrán participar en la investigación.

Antidumping measures
 
Food grinders, processors and mixers from China

On June 6, 2023 Resolution No. 712/2023 of the Ministry of Economy (the “Resolution”) was published in the Official Gazette. It initiated a review upon the expiry of the antidumping duties set forth by Resolution No. 239/2018 of the former Ministry of Production for food grinders, processors and mixers; fruit or vegetable juice extractor with interchangeable accessories, for food processing, for manual use; manual use blender, even presented with accessories; and blenders, classified under tariff codes MCN 8509.40.10, 8509.40.20 and 8509.40.50, from the People's Republic of China. 

Section 2 of the Resolution states that the antidumping import duties set forth by Resolution No. 239/2018 will remain in force, pending the result of the investigation.

Interested parties may participate in the investigation.
