Medidas antidumping

Antidumping measures

Electric space heating apparatus and soil heating apparatus from China

On July 3, 2023, Resolution No. 907/2023 of the Ministry of Economy was published in the Official Gazette. It closed the investigation upon the expiry of the antidumping duties set forth by Resolution No. 593/17 of the former Ministry of Production, for export operations to the Argentine Republic of electric space heating apparatus and soil heating apparatus of a kind used for domestic purposes excluding oil-fired radiators and storage radiators, classified under the tariff code 8516.29.00 M.C.N, from the People's Republic of China.

The Ministry of Economy considered that there is a high probability that dumping will be repeated and that there will be significant damage to the national production if the measures in force are abolished. For this reason, it resolved to maintain the application of the antidumping duties set by Resolution No. 593/17 of the former Ministry of Production.

This measure became effective as of its publication in the Official Gazette, for a period of five (5) years.
