Education
Mr. Cisilino obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1999.
In 2002, he obtained a Master in Law and Economics of the Universidad Di Tella.
Between 2008 and 2009 he attended a Course in Banking Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
In 2012-2013 he attended a Specialization on Technology Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
In 2022, he obtained the International Certification in Personal Data Protection (APEP-ALAP).
He regularly participates as a guest speaker in courses, conferences, and seminars, and has published numerous articles in specialized legal journals.
Academic & Professional Experience
Arnaldo Cisilino joined PAGBAM in June 2003 and became partner in 2016.
He previously worked at Oliva, Goldberg, Vetere y Asociados, at Zarantonello y Guerri Abogados, at the international consulting firm BDO, and as a clerk in the Argentine Criminal Courts.
He developed an extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, banking law, bankruptcy, insurance, damages, class actions, general practice and criminal law.
Mr. Cisilino is part of the Litigation, Technology and Insurance departments of the firm, where he currently advices local and foreign major corporations.
