Estefanía Paula Balduzzi works as an attorney in our Corporate Law Department. Her professional practice focuses on advising local and foreign clients on business and corporate law issues in Argentina, including the incorporation of companies and branches, advice on corporate reorganizations, acquisition of stock, mergers, spin-offs, and drafting and negotiation of corporate documents.
Education
In February 2013, Estefania P. Balduzzi obtained her law degree, with honors, at the University of Buenos Aires (U.B.A.), under the specialization of Private Law.
Subsequently, she attended postgraduate courses at Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (Postgraduate Course in Corporate Law and Contracts, 2014); and completed her Master's Degree in Business and Commercial Law at the University of Buenos Aires (U.B.A.) (2017-2018).
In 2018, she attended the Academy of American and International Law at the Southwestern Institute for International and Comparative Law in Texas, USA.
