PAGBAM advised Los Grobo Agropecuaria S.A. and its affiliates in the sale of 45.7% of the capital stock of Los Grobo S.G.R. (the "Company") to a consortium composed of Cono Sur Inversiones S.A. and other argentine investors.
Los Grobo SGR is a mutual guarantee company (Sociedad de Garantia Reciproca) organized and governed under the terms of Title II of the Small and Medium-Sized Companies Law, Law No. 24,467 -including its amendments and regulations, among them and without limitation, Decree No. 699/2018 and Res. of the SEPyME No. 455/2018- (the "PyME Law"), and that develops its commercial activity as such, mainly assisting SMEs in the agricultural sector, by granting endorsements and guarantees, in addition to offering advice in the development and evaluation of investment projects.The transaction was carried out on July 21, 2021 through the execution of a share purchase agreement.
The Company will change its corporate name to "Promover SGR".
