Arnaldo Cisilino focuses his practice mainly in the area of Civil and Commercial Litigation, Class Actions, General Dispute Resolution, Technology, Data Protection, freedom of expression and privacy conflicts.
Mr. Cisilino obtained his law degree from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1999. In 2002, he obtained a Master in Law and Economics of the Universidad Di Tella. Between 2008 and 2009 he attended a Course in Banking Law at the University of Buenos Aires. In 2012-2013 he attended a Specialization on Technology Law at the Universidad Católica Argentina.
He has participated in numerous courses, workshops and seminars, and published many articles related to his practice area.
Academic & Professional Experience
Arnaldo Cisilino joined PAGBAM in June 2003 and became partner in 2016.
He previously worked at Oliva, Goldberg, Vetere y Asociados, at Zarantonello y Guerri Abogados, at the international consulting firm BDO, and as a clerk in the Argentine Criminal Courts.
He developed an extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, banking law, bankruptcy, class actions, general counsel and criminal law.
Since 2010 Mr. Cisilino is part of the Telecommunications, Media & Information Technology department of the firm, where he currently advices major corporations in internet related claims, data protection, and new projects and products.
