Lucens Capital invests in Janis

Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen advised Lucens Capital on its investment in Janis, the leading cloud-based software-as-a-service ("SaaS") provider in Latin America, terms of gross merchandise volume ("GMV") and processed transactions.

Lucens Capital is a regional private investment firm founded to capitalize on value and growth opportunities in the small and mid-market space in Latin America.

Janis has clients in several countries in Latin America.

This investment represents Lucens Capital's first investment in the SaaS industry.
