We are proud to announce the incorporation of Geraldine Moffat as new Partner of the Labor Department. Moffat is a lawyer who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA,) specializing in Labor and Social Security Law at the Argentine Catholic University (UCA) in 2007, from which she graduated with honors. With more than 15 years of experience in the area, she joins our consolidated Labor team. Previously, she was a Partner at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, and also worked in the Labor Law Department of Negri & Teijeiro.
In addition, Facundo Fernández Santos, member of the Tax Law Department, has been promoted to Partner. His professional practice focuses on advising major national and international companies, as well as individuals, on tax matters. He provides tax advice on transactions such as financial operations, mergers and acquisitions, transfer of shareholdings, technology transfer agreements and transfer pricing, among others. His regular practice also includes advice on national and international tax planning.
Regarding these designations, Guillermo E.
