On June 29, 2021, Diransa S.R.L. successfully closed the offer and concreted the issuance of Series Nº I Notes under the Guaranteed SME CNV regime for a total amount of ARS 100,000,000 which were issued will bear an annual interest rate of the Private Badlar Rate (Tasa Badlar Privada), payable on a quarterly basis, and maturing on June 29, 2023.
Diransa S.R.L. is a company dedicated to fabricate, distribute and sell special chemical products, including aqueous polymer emissions, solid resins and biocides, among others.
