On April 14, 2023, Petrolera Aconcagua Energía S.A. successfully completed the issuance of: (i) Notes Class IV and Notes Class V for a total amount of US$36,238,568, due April 14, 2026, and April 14, 2027, respectively. Both Denominated in U.S. Dollars and payable in Argentine Pesos under its US$150,000,000 Global Notes Program (not convertible into shares) for up to USD 150,000.000 (US Dollars one hundred and fifty million) (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value).
