On July 25th, 2022, FYO successfully completed the issuance of Series No II Notes for a total face value of USD 15.000.000 (US Dollars fifteen million), will bear an annual interest rate of 0.0%, at an issuance price of 100% of face value, and will mature on July 25th, 2025.
The offer was directed to qualified investors in the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and for negotiation in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
